Holiday Jamboree
Join us for a magical holiday experience at Rising Lights Project! Families will hop aboard a festive a 25 minute trolley ride through the streets of St Charles, soaking in the sights and sounds of the season. After the ride, enjoy a cheerful visit with Santa, complete with a photo opportunity to capture the moment.
Families can get creative with a holiday craft while sipping on hot cocoa and nibbling on freshly baked cookies. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday spirit — full of laughter, warmth, and community joy!
*Adults are warmly welcome at this event. We kindly ask that caregivers remain on-site, as we are not fully staffed to provide support.

Sensory and Allergy Friendly
Join us for a free, fun-filled afternoon of trick-or-treating in a sensory-friendly and inclusive environment!
Hosted by My Recess Therapy and Rising Lights Project, in collaboration with our Partners in Care, this event is designed for children of all abilities to enjoy Halloween festivities in a safe, welcoming space.
👻 What to Expect: Kids will trick-or-treat trunk to trunk in a lineup of decorated vehicles parked at the ELBURN METRA Parking Lot. Each trunk will be filled with allergy-friendly goodies, interactive activities, and plenty of smiles!
