Program Options
Rising Adult Programs are for adults 18-50 years old impacted by disability. Participants must complete our intake process prior to joining any Day Program or Social Club event.
Our Rising Families programs offer support and community for parents, caregivers, siblings, as well as inclusive community events for the whole family.

Participation Guidelines
Our program is designed for individuals who thrive in a 1:4 support ratio; we are not able to provide 1:1 support.
Participants should be able to:
Manage their daily needs without specialized medical care
Manage their own toileting and eating needs independently.
Be able to engage without aggressive behaviors.

Intake Process
Complete our online Program Interest Form
Schedule a group tour date & time using the instructions in your confirmation email.
Attend your scheduled tour at RLP Homebase: 2015 Dean Street (Unit 5), St Charles, IL 60174
After the tour, you will be provided with the full Program Intake Form & Agreements to move to the next step toward enrollment.

Rising Adults - Day Program
Rising Adults - Day Program runs Monday-Friday with separate enrollment for each day. The Day Programs provide a structured, relationship‑centered environment where adults receive 1:4 support while engaging in meaningful daily experiences. Each day of the week has a different theme that guides the activities.

Rising Adults - Social Club
Rising Adults - Social Club is a fun, community‑centered gathering where adults impacted by disability come together to build friendships, explore new experiences, and enjoy meaningful social time. Each meet‑up offers a mix of games, outings, creative activities, and shared conversations designed to spark connection and confidence.

Rising Families
Rising Families groups offer support, friendship and hope. Rising Moms & Dads are groups of peers and friends who understand your parenting challenges. We also host a series of sensory friendly festivities for younger children, including monthly Playdates and movie nights, and annual events such as Chicago Steel and Trunk or Treat.
